My Life As A Princess

Okay, I'm not really a princess but it's definitely a close call. This blog is a product of love. Everybody should know about the cool things in life and sometimes also about the not-so-cool.

Eating In The East Coast

I have been so busy lately, I've barely had a chance to post or even read my favorite blogs. I was out of town for work and I had a chance to eat at two very different but extraordinary places. Here's my take:

Italian Dinner With Celebrity Treatment

Claudia and I met for dinner at Bocca in New York, located on 19th Street between Park & Broadway, this small, dimly lit establishment serves creative roman cuisine presented beautifully. We tried a cheese and prosciutto platter and our server suggested amazing wine that we paired up with our pastas. Towards the end of our meal, the Chef came to our table and greeted us warmly, he offered dessert (on the house) and we couldn't deny him so we had an amazing creation based on chocolate that completed our meal wonderfully.

Comfort Food On A Rainy Day

I've always encountered bad weather while visiting Boston but I'm still fascinated by this city full of history and rich architecture. While there, it was raining and cold and R and I were hungry and had a lot of chatting to do so without thinking to much, we walked into Flash's Cocktails on Stuart Street where we had a beer, deliciously creamy tomato soup, perfect meat loaf accompanied by garlic mashed potatoes and R, the soup and sandwich combo. The service was friendly and prompt for lunch and everything was tasty and perfect for a rainy day!
